Thornton Force is one of the most popular waterfalls in the Yorkshire Dales and the finest of the many waterfalls seen on the Ingleton Waterfalls Walk.

Processing this raw file was quite simple using Adobe Lightroom. I went to the colour saturation sliders and turned all down except for yellow and green (or just yellow, I forget, I’m getting old!) I then added a little clarity and removed 2 sensor spots and job done. This processing isn’t to everyones taste but seems to work for this image, in my eyes anyway.

    • The processing certainly works Tim. It is overcast but you have presented a great picture that presents the interest and scale of this lovely spot.
